At StudySync Africa, we aim to provide schools with exceptional service and a seamless experience. This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled for subscriptions and services on our platform.
Schools may cancel their subscription at any time by contacting support@studysync.africa or through their account settings.
Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Access to premium features will remain active until the end of the paid period.
We do not offer partial refunds for unused portions of a subscription.
Free Trial Period: If your school is on a free trial, you may cancel anytime during the trial without being charged.
Paid Subscriptions: Once payment has been processed, it is non-refundable except in the following cases:
✅ If you are charged in error.
✅ If there is a technical issue that prevents your school from accessing the platform and our support team cannot resolve it within 14 business days.
Requests for refunds must be submitted within 7 days of the billing date by emailing support@studysync.africa.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our Terms of Service or misuse the platform. In such cases, no refunds will be issued.
We may update this Refund and Cancellation Policy from time to time. Schools will be notified of any significant changes via email or in-app notifications.
